Processing Your Order
At CelebrateMercy, we strive to get your order on its way as quickly as possible! Once your payment is received, we aim to dispatch your order within 24 to 72 business hours. During busy periods like Ramadan, Eid, or high-volume months, processing may take a little longer. We use reliable shipping services like USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS, and we’ll provide you with tracking information for all shipments. Please note that your item(s) may ship separately.
Important Note: USPS Media Mail is the most cost-effective method but does not provide detailed tracking information.
Shipping Fees
Our shipping charges cover handling, packing, and postage costs. To save on shipping fees, we recommend consolidating your purchases into a single order, as separate orders will incur individual shipping fees. While we take great care with fragile items, please note that the dispatch of your package is at your own risk.
USA Shipping
We ship within 24 to 72 business hours after receiving cleared payment, with tracking information provided. Important Note: USPS Media Mail is the most cost-effective method but does not provide detailed tracking information. Please remember that shipping windows are estimates, and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
International Shipping (Outside of USA)
For our international customers, we ship via DHL, USPS, FedEx, or UPS within 24-72 business hours of cleared payment. Processing during Ramadan, Eid, and other high-volume periods may take longer. Once shipped, your item(s) should arrive within 1-4 business weeks. Please note that shipping windows are estimates, and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Important Note for International Buyers
As the buyer, you authorize us to import goods on your behalf, which may involve delegating this obligation to a subcontractor, such as a customs broker. You will be responsible for any applicable taxes and duties, in addition to the purchase price of the goods.
International orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. If a P.O. Box is specified as the address on the checkout page, the order will be canceled before it is shipped, and you will not be charged for the canceled order.
Please note that on rare occasions, your country’s Customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion, potentially delaying delivery by 1-4 weeks. This is beyond our control.
While we make every effort to ship your package quickly and accurately estimate the shipping speed, we cannot offer shipping credits for orders that arrive outside the estimated timeframe.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
CelebrateMercy is not responsible for your country’s customs, duties, taxes, tariffs, VAT, GST, or PST. These fees are not included in your order during checkout and are the sole responsibility of the package recipient. We recommend contacting your country’s customs office for more information on any fees that may be required at delivery.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for undeliverable or refused shipments.

Reasons for Undeliverable Packages
Packages may be returned as undeliverable due to several reasons:
- Oversized Item: Some items are too large to ship to a P.O. Box and must be shipped to a street address.
- Incorrect Address: If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package will typically be returned to us.
- Delivery Restrictions: Certain addresses, such as some P.O. Boxes or Department of State locations, may have delivery restrictions.
- Address Format: Ensure your address is in a recognizable format to avoid delivery issues. For P.O. Boxes, use "PO BOX" followed by the number. For private mailboxes, use # or PMB instead of "Box."
- Delivery to Prisons: There may be restrictions on items or shippers for deliveries to prisons.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: Carriers usually make three delivery attempts. If a signature is required and no one is available to sign, the package may be returned to us.
- Damage During Transit: If a package is damaged during transit, it may be returned to us without a delivery attempt.
- Refused by Recipient: If a package is refused by the recipient, it will be returned to us.
