Orders are usually picked and packed within 1 to 2 business days. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. During Ramadan, Eid and other busy periods it can take a little longer. Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels.

United States

Orders under $125: $10.99 flat. Orders of $125 or more: free. Books usually travel by USPS Media Mail or Ground Advantage and arrive in 3 to 8 business days after they ship. Media Mail tracking is less detailed than other services.

International

Orders under $250: $25.00 flat. Orders of $250 or more: free. Delivery usually takes 7 to 21 business days depending on the country and on customs. We cannot ship international orders to a P.O. Box; if one is entered at checkout, we will cancel the order before it ships and you will not be charged.

Import duties and taxes are set by your country and are not included in our shipping charge. If any are due, the carrier or your local customs office will collect them on delivery.

Customs in some countries can hold parcels for extra time. This is outside our control, and we will help you track it down.

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. If something goes wrong in transit, see our return policy: damaged, wrong and lost parcels are on us.
