When will my order arrive?

Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days. Inside the United States, delivery is usually 3 to 8 business days after that. International is typically 7 to 21 business days. See shipping for rates.

How much is shipping?

Inside the US it is a flat $10.99, and free over $100. International is $25 flat and free over $225.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, worldwide. Duties and import taxes are set by your own country and are not included in what we charge.

Can I return something?

Yes, within 30 days. See the return policy.

Do you take bulk or wholesale orders?

We do, and we work with masjids, schools and bookshops. Email wholesale@celebratemercy.com.

Can I send books to someone in prison?

Yes. We run a book programme for incarcerated readers and we know the facility rules that usually trip people up. Start with our book request form.

Is my purchase tax deductible?

No. Buying a book is a purchase, not a donation, so it is not deductible. Donations to CelebrateMercy are. We are a 501(c)(3), tax ID 27-4171311.

Do you have a physical shop?

No, we are online only and ship from a warehouse in the United States.
