Return Policy

We totally understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. That’s why we offer a 7-day return policy! You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—new, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Media items like DVDs, CDs, software, and electronics must be unopened and still in their original plastic wrap.
  • Clothing must be unworn and in its original condition.

Return Shipping Fees & Restocking: To cover the costs we incur for processing returns, we do charge a flat $15 return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee for all returns. We appreciate your understanding on this!

How to Start a Return:

  • Email us at bookstore@celebratemercy.com to inform us of your return.

  • Please note, returns should be sent to:

  • Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at bookstore@celebratemercy.com so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

  • Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products (like special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (like beauty products). Please reach out to us at bookstore@celebratemercy.com to check if your item qualifies for a return before sending it back.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. Just ensure that your item is in the same condition as you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
